A Vienna Lager, decoction-mashed using Vienna Malt, with added rye and a dash of Chocolate Malt for a hint of spice and some toastiness. Hopped generously with Tradition and Spalter Select. Six weeks of lagering. All profits from this brew will be given to Warming Up The Homeless, a wonderful charity supporting local homeless people in Hastings and the surrounding area. Specifically, money will be put towards their satellite foodbank, providing freshly made meals, fresh fruit and vegetables for those in need.
