An IPA, brewed at Villages Brewery with pilsner and spelt malt, wheat and oats. A hot-side addition of Hallertau Blanc, Azacca in active fermentation and a dry hop of Nelson Sauvin all combine to bring pineapple, gooseberry and notes of white grape, with a good dose of bitterness.
