Made by Ben Walgate and Steve Reeve, near Rye in East Sussex. This blend of estate grown apples was hand picked and fermented with wild yeast in old Whiskey casks. Bottled unfiltered, this dry cider is naturally sparkling. This is cider making using non-traditional cider apples, resulting in a dry, low tannin, acid orientated cider; think of it as the white wine of the cider world.
Vegan.
