Barrel-fermented keeved cider. A naturally sweet, rich cider made only from apples, partially fermented in oak barrels. Keeving and initial fermentation takes place in transparent tanks and on Burns Night the young cider is transferred to Speyside Scotch whisky barrels to finish and mature. Full flavoured astringency and soft apply sweetness embrace gentle vanilla tannins, perfectly balanced with mellow oak and whisky twang and a delicate smokey finish. The UK's only barrel-fermented, keeved cider.
