Holy Goat's classic export strength brown porter recipe, brewed with a mixture Simpsons double roasted crystal, red crystal rye and amber malts was conditioned on 150kg date syrup. Fermented with a kveik yeast producing additional dark fruit flavours. Layers of dark rich fruit from the malt, yeast and fruit combine to produce a complex yet drinkable porter.

 

Vegan.
