All with a focus on sustainable production and high quality, good value wines. This is a great value Australian Shiraz made using minimal intervention production from organically farmed fruit. Unoaked and picked a bit earlier for freshness, this is a beautifully textured, medium bodied wine full of red and black fruited goodness. A great midweek drinker, a fantastic pizza wine, low on SO2 and high on drinkability. Tastes like Australian sunshine, and ninjas.
