Casa Balaguer is based in Alicante, where winemakers Andres Carull and Marta Ribera champion local varieties, low intervention wine making and organic grapes. Tragolargo Blanco is a natural, organic skin contact wine made from Moscatel and Merseguera grapes that are hand harvested from the stony soils of the region. A short maceration on the skins, wild yeast fermentation, low sulphites and no fining or filtration makes this wine fresh and alive. A dazzling golden colour with big aromas of orange blossom and fennel along with some delicate floral notes. A medium-body wine with delicious acidity and freshness, an array of aromas and flavours of white and citrus fruits, rich honey and mineral tones with a long and elegant finish.
