In post Brexit Britain, Burning Sky are currently unable to source lambic from their friends on the mainland which is deeply saddening for everyone. This years Cuvée is therefore a blend of mixed fermentation and spontaneously fermented beers, all produced at Burning Sky. Light, spritzy and complex, it can be enjoyed now or aged further.
